About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects and monitor their progress.
Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize production incidents in collaboration with the relevant teams.
Track application changes and the product roadmap.
Develop and maintain schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor team workload and help ensure effective resource allocation.
Define and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to support project governance.
Identify risks, propose action plans, and support teams in resolving issues.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to commitments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in IT project management or a strong technical background.
Good understanding of software development environments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or the V-model (Waterfall).
Proficiency with project management tools.
Fluent English required (daily communication with an international team).
