About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects and monitor their progress.
- Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize production incidents in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Track application changes and the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor team workload and help ensure effective resource allocation.
- Define and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to support project governance.
- Identify risks, propose action plans, and support teams in resolving issues.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to commitments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT project management or a strong technical background.
- Good understanding of software development environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or the V-model (Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Fluent English required (daily communication with an international team).
