About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide level 2 application support and handle production incidents.
- Monitor applications and processing/jobs using monitoring tools.
- Participate in production deployments and the integration of application changes.
- Ensure the operational continuity of applications.
- Diagnose incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Update operational procedures and runbooks/documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the quality and availability of services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in IT production, operations, or application integration.
- You are proficient with some or all of the following technologies: Linux (CentOS), Oracle, MySQL, SQL, Apache, Tomcat, Java, Control-M, Dynatrace, Splunk, IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM), Shell scripting, digital certificates (PKI).
- Recognised for your rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, and organisational abilities.
