About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the testing strategy
- Analyze functional specifications
- Define and implement the test strategy (manual and automated)
- Write test plans and test cases in TestRail
- Identify scenarios to automate based on risk, business criticality, and return on investment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to contribute to improving development quality
- Develop and maintain automated API (REST/SOAP), integration, and performance tests
- Execute test campaigns and analyze results
- Identify, validate, and track defects in collaboration with development teams
- Produce test reports and quality metrics
- Provide Level 3 support for production incidents
- Work closely with developers, Product Owners, business teams, and operations
- Facilitate communication between teams to improve requirement understanding and deliverable quality
- Lead QA meetings and share lessons learned
- Contribute to the evolution of testing tools and processes
- Stay up to date on QA practices and tools
- Contribute to the team’s skill development and knowledge sharing
- Propose improvements to Agile processes, continuous integration, and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bachelor’s/master’s level — Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Proven experience in quality assurance and test automation
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST and SOAP)
- Experience with automation and performance testing tools (TestNG, Robot Framework, Gatling, JMeter, etc.)
- Familiarity with continuous integration and version control tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal skills and a preference for collaborative environments
