About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical leadership
- Coach and support developers in their daily activities.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices (Clean Code, testing, software quality).
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical direction.
- Promote skills development across the team.
- Conduct code reviews and validate deliverables.
- Design robust, high-performance, and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the most complex features.
- Drive continuous improvement of code quality and applications.
- Ensure maintainability and long-term viability of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Project, and Infrastructure teams.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
- Monitor compliance with commitments and delivery timelines.
- Support teams in applying Agile methodologies.
- Identify and implement technical optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the modernization of the information system.
- Help evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac+5) or relevant experience.
- Significant experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Strong skills in application design and architecture.
- Proficiency in the .NET environment and modern architectures.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to take a step back on technical issues and guide teams in their decisions.
- Experience in the retail or large-scale distribution sector.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale, logistics, or store management systems.
- Experience with high-volume, high-availability applications.
- Knowledge of Cloud and distributed architectures.
