About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes
Write functional specifications and user stories
Act as the liaison between business teams and development teams
Participate in project scoping and management alongside the department project manager
Support the functional acceptance testing phases
Track defects and coordinate corrective actions (functional Level 3 support)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in an equivalent Business Analyst role
Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into functional requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and autonomy
Professional working proficiency in English required
