About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes
- Write functional specifications and user stories
- Act as the liaison between business teams and development teams
- Participate in project scoping and management alongside the department project manager
- Support the functional acceptance testing phases
- Track defects and coordinate corrective actions (functional Level 3 support)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an equivalent Business Analyst role
- Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into functional requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Professional working proficiency in English required
