About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate a team of developers and Business Analysts
- Oversee the Build and Run (N3) activities of your team
- Understand business objectives to ensure BAs translate them into functional specifications and developers turn them into concrete solutions
- Define project scope with stakeholders
- Organize and run project ceremonies (steering committees, workshops, follow-up committees, sprint reviews, etc.)
- Prioritize requirements and monitor project roadmaps
- Ensure deadlines and the quality of deliverables are met
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Identify risks, anticipate blockers, and propose action plans
- Support teams in a continuous improvement mindset
- Participate in tracking project KPIs and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant IT project management experience – minimum 6 years in a similar role required
- Proven experience leading software development teams required
- Strong understanding of business and functional issues — curious mindset
- Ability to lead or coordinate Business Analysts
- Ability to challenge requirements and structure projects
- Ability to write SQL queries is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication ability
- Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and leadership
