About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Requirements gathering & analysis
- Gather and analyze requirements from business teams (finance, accounting, management control)
- Challenge and formalize statements of requirements
- Functional design
- Write detailed functional specifications
- Participate in designing SAP FICO solutions
- Build & SAP configuration
- Participate in build phases for the SAP FICO module
- Ensure configuration and deployment of solutions
- Contribute to the evolution and optimization of financial processes within SAP
- Project coordination
- Coordinate stakeholders (business, technical teams, integrators)
- Monitor functional topics throughout projects
- Testing & acceptance
- Contribute to testing phases (functional testing, UAT)
- Ensure deliverable compliance and the quality of deployed solutions
- Support & change management
- Support users in adopting the tools
- Train and support business teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as an AMOA SAP Consultant, with strong expertise in the SAP FICO module
- Strong knowledge of financial processes: general ledger, management accounting, fixed assets, etc.
- Proven experience in SAP build and configuration
- Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Autonomy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset
- Experience in complex Finance IT environments is a plus
