About the role

  • Functional support for finance applications
  • Handling incidents and requests related to the following modules: General and subsidiary accounting
  • Invoice processing
  • Management accounting
  • Sales administration (ADV)
  • Functional analysis of anomalies
  • Diagnosis of data discrepancies
  • Reproducing incidents
  • Data analysis & SQL
  • Advanced SQL queries to: Verify accounting entries, Check billing flows, Identify inconsistencies, Extract and analyze data
  • Reading and understanding relational databases
  • Coordination & follow-up
  • Interface between business users (finance), IT and software vendors
  • Tracking of fixes
  • Participation in testing and validations
  • Documentation & knowledge capture

Requirements

  • Experience in finance: Billing Manager
  • Accountant
  • Management controller (Sales Administration - ADV) OR experience in application support with a strong interest in finance
  • Proficiency in SQL (advanced level preferred)
  • Analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Service-oriented approach and good pedagogical skills
