About the role
- Lead and secure the full process design of industrial units
- Analyze reference technologies and adapt them to new industrial contexts
- Validate the overall process architecture of workshops
- Produce or challenge key process engineering deliverables
- Ensure technical consistency between processes, equipment, automation, utilities and infrastructure
- Verify process integration within the workshop and the industrial site
- Challenge and validate design choices made by engineering firms / design offices (MOE)
- Actively contribute to design reviews and engineering milestones for complex industrial projects
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school with a generalist focus, or specialization in process/chemical engineering, process engineering, or mechanical engineering with a strong process background
- Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in a similar process/process engineering role
- Significant involvement in plant or workshop design projects (greenfield and/or brownfield)
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
