About the role
- Ensure the availability, performance and security of infrastructures
- Analyze and resolve Level 3 incidents
- Maintain the technical reference repository
- Perform acceptance testing on delivered architectures
- Design and implement complex changes (virtualization, storage, servers)
- Participate in improvement projects: resilience, performance, capacity
- Manage component obsolescence
- Collaborate with architects on technical studies, cost estimation and budgeting
- Maintain ongoing technology watch
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Level 3 Systems Engineer in a large enterprise environment
- Strong expertise with high‑volume infrastructures
- Technical skills: Virtualization (VMware or equivalent)
- Storage & backup
- Monitoring and infrastructure management tools
- Systems: Linux (Red Hat), Windows Server
- Certifications: VMware (VCP), Veeam (VMCE), Microsoft
- DevOps knowledge: Scripting (Bash), Ansible / automation, Infrastructure as Code
