About the role
- - Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for all insurance inquiries.
- - Assess clients' insurance needs through thorough interviews, understanding their individual circumstances.
- - Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
- - Educate clients on the features, benefits, and limitations of different life insurance policies.
- - Assist clients with completing insurance applications and gather the necessary documentation for submission.
- - Follow up with clients regularly to review their policies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- - Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to ensure the best policy terms for clients.
Requirements
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
- - Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- - A current Life Insurance License is required. Candidates without a license may still apply, but they must obtain a license within a specified timeframe.
- - Previous experience in sales or insurance is preferred, but not required.
