  • About the role:
  • The Success Manager is responsible for delivering value, ensuring retention, and driving the success of our strategic partners. You will orchestrate their success within our ecosystem.
  • YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Activation & Partner Deployment
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end operational deployment for partner counterparts (branding, digital, production, visibility)
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and complete activation
  • Ensure implementation of agreed actions with partners within agreed timelines
  • Integration Management
  • Supervise the technical and human onboarding of new partner services
  • Support internal teams in adopting partnership-related processes
  • Ensure successful implementation aligned with strategic objectives
  • Performance Analysis & Growth
  • Measure and analyze partnership performance (KPI, ROI)
  • Produce detailed annual reviews and tracking reports
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Recommend strategic actions to maximize value
  • Partner Relations & Retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Anticipate partner needs and proactively propose solutions
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Master’s degree (Business School, Master’s in Management or Marketing).
  • Required experience: 3 to 5 years in Account Management or at a communications agency.
  • Relationship expertise: Ability to engage with senior marketing leaders and high-level partners.
  • Business acumen: Strong understanding of ROI, co-branding, and service integration (diversification).
  • Operational rigor: Ability to translate complex contracts into concrete action plans (branding, digital, production).
  • Core skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), English language, reporting and data analysis techniques.
