About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide ServiceNow consulting expertise in vulnerability management and security operations
  • Work with vulnerability management tools including Qualys VMDR and Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management
  • Manage and assess vulnerabilities across Windows Server, Linux, and macOS operating systems
  • Apply CVSS scoring, CWE and CVE analysis, vulnerability prioritization, threat intelligence, and risk assessment
  • Validate security controls across Azure and AWS cloud environments
  • Develop scripting and automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and REST APIs
  • Produce reporting and analytics using Power BI and Excel
  • Contribute to client operating-model reimagination, cost optimization, stakeholder experience enhancement, and business transformation

  • 4 to 6 years of experience
  • Experience with Vulnerability Management Tools
