About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and support enterprise applications hosted on Windows Server, IIS, Apache Tomcat, and cloud platforms
Perform application installations, upgrades, migrations, patching, and decommissioning activities
Manage application configurations, deployments, and environment maintenance
Coordinate application onboarding and lifecycle management activities
Troubleshoot application-related incidents and perform root cause analysis
Administer Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket platforms
Manage project migrations between Jira instances and sites
Configure user access, permissions, groups, and authentication policies
Support SSO integrations and identity federation requirements
Manage Azure resources, virtual machines, networking components, and cloud services
Support Azure DevOps repositories, pipelines, and deployment processes
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and scripting
Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment activities
Administer Windows Server environments and associated services
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, and related infrastructure components
Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle activities using Venafi
Perform certificate renewals, installations, and troubleshooting
Monitor enterprise applications and infrastructure services
Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
Participate in major incident resolution and service restoration
Create and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and SOPs
Develop knowledge articles and support guides
Collaborate with global business teams, vendors, application owners, and infrastructure teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration
Hands-on experience on Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure & Azure DevOps
Extensive hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration
Good Knowledge on IIS & Apache Tomcat and Azure Active Directory / Entra ID

SSL/TLS & Security Management
