Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ Years of experience in ServiceNow platform testing and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT
  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and AI-powered enterprise applications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
