About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and project management needs
Configure Workzone with integration with SF PM/GM module
Lead or support implementation projects including planning, testing, and deployment
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues
Create user manuals and training materials
Conduct training sessions for end-users and project teams
Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Workzone
Configure SuccessFactors Work Zone content packages and create custom UI integration cards to expose PM dashboards, active forms, and due actions
Build service layers using OData v2 APIs for Performance and Goals
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and user experience.
