About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Implement branching strategies and manage code merging, source control, and repository maintenance.
- Coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments (Sandbox to Production) and maintain audit trails.
- Oversee Salesforce environment configuration, data seeding, and sandbox management.
- Integrate automated testing and validation processes to ensure quality assurance.
- Work with developers, architects, and stakeholders to improve release processes and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of Metadata API, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CLI.
- Proficiency in Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX (SFDX).
- Expert knowledge of Git-based tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab).
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
- About 8+ years in Salesforce development, administration, and release management.
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications, and platform-specific DevOps certifications (e.g., Copado).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
