Associate Consultant – Netapp-Storage, SAN & NAS

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Allocate storage volumes, shares, and LUNs to servers
- Track storage capacity, alerts, and system health daily
- Perform standard SAN zoning operations for new server attachments
- Resolve standard performance bottlenecks and connectivity issues
- Handle routine storage access requests within defined SLAs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 Years Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- NetApp Associate (NCTA) or Dell EMC Associate (DECA) certification
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
- Basic understanding of Rubrik and Zerto
- Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift
- Fluent in English, both oral and written communication
