Consultant – SOX ITGC Audits

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit evidence collection and validation (screenshots, reports, logs, system extracts)
- Handling PBC requests and ensuring timely submissions
- Coordination with auditors for queries and follow-ups
- Supporting audit walkthroughs and documentation
- Reviewing evidence quality before submission to minimize audit observations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in SOX ITGC audits
- Hands-on experience in: SAP GRC (Access Control, SOD, Firefighter)
- SAP S/4HANA SOX audits and controls
- Good understanding of: User Access Management controls (UMP 2 / 3 / 4 / 5), Segregation of Duties (SOD), Audit lifecycle (PBC, Test of Design, Test of Effectiveness), SAP Security & GRC best practices
- Experience working with US-based companies where SOX compliance is mandatory
- Exposure to US SOX audit standards and documentation expectations
- Experience interacting with Big4 auditors and handling audit queries independently
