About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a project driver and executer for various initiatives
- Assist in ensuring that Automation CoE team meets deliverables
- Working with Program Management teams to build and maintain feature-level product roadmap/pipeline
- Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure teams are driving toward the necessary tactical and/or strategic solution
- Represent Automation CoE interests in cross-company project teams
- Creation of product backlog according to business value
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI), sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Actively participate in Business Process Improvement workshops conducted by customers
- Collaborate with SMEs, underwriters, claims teams, and operations to gather and validate business requirements for automation initiatives
- Oversee the implementation team and solution for E2E delivery and be the client SPOC
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6-9 years of experience with minimum 3-4 years of Business Analysis experience
- Bachelor in engineering/ B.E /B. Tech or required equivalent
- Certification in Insurance (AINS/LOMA/CPCU), Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma is an added advantage
- Strong experience in Insurance Operations (Claims, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, Back-office Ops)
- Excellent consultative, listening, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Automation Platform and RPA tools like AA, UiPath, Blue prism, Python
- Strong agile / scrum background with a proven track record
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Quadrant Mapping
- Strong knowledge on documentation of BRD, PDD etc.
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool such as Azure DevOps
- Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks.
