Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support and troubleshoot LoanIQ issues
Partner with LoanIQ Business Analysts to provide solutions as requested by Business Partners
Complete any necessary upgrades or installations of LoanIQ software
Resolve security vulnerabilities as identified
Work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment with a diverse team

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years experience in software development or support, with preferably at least 1 year of LoanIQ related experience
Experienced in working with LoanIQ or similar accounting systems, SQL/PL-SQL, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers
Understanding of Financially Significant Applications and Sarbanes Oxley practices
Proven strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical-minded and business-minded individuals.
