About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, own the Data Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AEI business
  • Ensure transparency and clarity of the data product roadmap across stakeholders.
  • Define the data product’s value proposition and articulate across business stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals
  • Continuously improve existing features and create new Data Products.
  • Organize stakeholder reviews and conduct data product demos.
  • Lead and drive the acceleration and delivery of Data and Analytics transformation agenda owning the both quantitative and qualitative outcomes
  • Lead the relationship between stakeholders and data team members and own end to end project delivery from business requirements, planning, design, development and implementation of Data and Analytics
  • Perform hands-on analysis to measure product adoption, data quality, and business impact, and feed learnings back into product improvements.
  • Define, prioritize the backlog of data product team to drive AEI's business value.
  • Adapt the backlog to changing customer and business needs and regularly validate backlog alignment with changing priorities.
  • Advocate for user needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure data products are built upon reliable and scalable data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other Data Product Managers for Data sharing, publishing and data product releases.
  • Partner with architecture, solutions delivery and data service operations team to ensure designs meet requirements.
  • Maintain product data quality and agility, avoiding data debt.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to data products.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10+ years of data and analytics field experience in the industries like manufacturing, engineering, supply chain with large-scale implementation experience.
  • 5 years in a technical project management or delivery management role in Data and Analytics scope
  • Strong data storytelling skills to create a compelling vision.
  • Ability to engage with internal customers, engineers, and product teams.
  • Strong ability to analyze datasets (SQL/BI tools) and translate insights into product requirements and prioritization.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to Get things done while overcoming the challenges during the process
  • Familiarity with data engineering, coding pipelines, and data platform development.
  • Understanding of data analysis techniques
