About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, design, and govern enterprise-scale content management and digital experience architectures
- Provide architectural leadership to translate business, brand, and customer experience strategies into AEM-based solutions
- Assess current-state content, web, and digital experience ecosystems and define future-state AEM-centric architectures
- Develop AEM solution architectures, reference patterns, and content delivery roadmaps
- Define architecture approaches for multi-site, multi-brand, multi-region implementations
- Ensure AEM architectures meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, security, compliance, and operational readiness
- Drive architectural decisions through trade-off analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 14–16 years of experience in enterprise digital architecture or large-scale platform design
- Demonstrated experience architecting AEM-led enterprise digital experience platforms
- Experience working with global, multi-region delivery teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep hands-on AEM architecture experience (Sites, Assets, Headless)
- AEM Cloud Service architecture and deployment models
- Author–Publish–Dispatcher/CDN architecture patterns
- Performance optimization, caching strategies, scalability patterns
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Core
- Integration & Platform REST APIs and event-driven integration patterns
- Security, identity, and privacy-by-design principles
- Experience working with large-scale, global AEM implementations
