About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Configure and manage Project Operations modules for project management, resource scheduling, and billing
  • Set up and troubleshoot Dual Write for real-time synchronization between Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and CSS
  • Build and optimize Power Automate Flows for automation of business processes
  • Implement data integration batch jobs and ensure data integrity using SQL and Dataverse
  • Integrate CRM with external systems such as Power BI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-200, PL-400, MB-200/240 (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven real-world experience in project operations, Dual Write, JavaScript, CSS, workflows, Power Automate Flows, plugins, business rules, forms, data integration, SQL, Dataverse, DevOps, integration modules.
