Key responsibilities & impact

Handle SAP S/4 HANA HCM Payroll processes
Work on month end activities and payroll integration
Configure and customize payroll schemas and calculation rules
Conduct data migration to S/4HANA and run payroll test cycles
Collaborate with finance for end-to-end payroll postings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP S/4 HCM Payroll
Mandatory experience in payroll for UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Oman
Good knowledge with payroll integration process and month end activities
Exposure to Cloud ALM
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes
Payroll schemas, rules, operations
Gross‑to‑net calculations
Payroll control record, finance posting, statutory reporting
SAP Fiori apps for payroll/HR processes
Payroll analytics and reports
Awareness of SAP HANA performance optimizations
Time Management Integration
S/4HANA Finance integration
Posting simulation and reconciliation
Payroll data migration from ECC to S/4HANA
Understanding of SAP Migration Cockpit
Data consistency and reconciliation
Payroll test cycles and parallel runs
