Contractor – SAP MDG
YASH TechnologiesSAP MDG Professional responsible for designing and implementing data governance processes. Engaging with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless MDG delivery.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement SAP MDG data models, change request types, workflows, validations, and derivations
- Define and implement data governance rules, approval processes, and ownership models
- Support data replication using DRF (Data Replication Framework) to SAP and non-SAP systems
- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and governance playbooks
- Act as the primary MDG functional point of contact for business and IT stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate MDG designs
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security, and Integration teams to ensure seamless MDG delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with role-based authorizations for MDG and governance processes
- Understanding of number range management, key mapping, and value mapping
- Exposure to Fiori-based MDG applications and modern UI approaches
