Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for enterprise voice infrastructure and telecom lifecycle operations
Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Webex Calling environments
Integrate Cisco CUBE SIP gateways for voice migrations
Support multi-vendor PBX transitions to Webex
Manage call routing and auto attendants
Coordinate number porting and carrier cutovers
Maintain telecom inventory and vendor records
Monitor call quality and voice performance
Support branch onboarding and M&A integrations
Perform platform upgrades

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10 years of experience in voice infrastructure and telecom operations
Enterprise VoIP administration experience
Cisco Webex or Cisco UC platform experience
Hands-on Cisco CUBE SIP configuration
Experience migrating multi-vendor PBX environments
Advanced troubleshooting in line voice environments
Ability to work independently during migrations or outages
