About the role
- Focus on in-app content, with insights into Customer Service, Marketing and Key Account Management
- Support in Customer Service and development of a deep understanding of users, content and features
- Create and maintain in-app content (challenges, quizzes, articles, push notifications)
- Support the creation and ongoing development of the editorial calendar and the structuring of content
- Contribute to content for various channels (app, website, LinkedIn)
- Support Key Account Management and implement structured solutions for clients
- Use digital tools and AI to create and structure content efficiently
- Actively contribute your own ideas for process optimization
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university in Germany, e.g., in Business Administration, Communication, Media or a comparable field
- Excellent command of German with native-level written skills
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Regular, active use of AI tools in daily work
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
- Initial experience with content or digital projects
- Enthusiasm for topics such as health, nutrition or employee benefits
