About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own AllCare's performance marketing across SEO, SEM/paid media, and marketing automation from strategy through daily execution, tied to pipeline, CPA, and growth targets
  • Build, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Manage paid-media budgets, bidding, audience segmentation, and ROI
  • Lead technical, on-page, content, and local SEO for senior care and chronic care management markets and service-area pages
  • Design and run lifecycle and lead-nurture programs using marketing automation platforms
  • Integrate CRM, email, lead scoring, and workflows to move inquiries to enrolled facilities and patients
  • Establish tracking, attribution, and dashboards using GA4 and related tools
  • Report on CAC, conversion, and channel ROI and act on performance data
  • Partner with content, design, and development teams to ship landing pages and A/B test creative, messaging, and funnels
  • Run compliant campaigns appropriate for healthcare and senior and patient audiences
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, content, and leadership teams to align marketing with care delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (84 months minimum)
  • Documented record of personally building and scaling paid, SEO, and lifecycle programs
  • Experience at leading, high-growth technology or consumer-scale companies
  • Current expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Expertise with GA4 and analytics/attribution
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console
  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Ability to own the full marketing function, setting strategy and executing independently
  • Fluency in budgets, CAC/LTV, and ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience
  • Nice to have: US-market, healthcare, senior-living, regulated-industry, B2B lead-generation, multi-location/local-SEO, or 0→1 startup experience
