Analyst, Private Equity/Real Estate
XTPAnalyst role at XTP AG, focusing on improving efficiency in private equity and real estate portfolios. Working with clients to enhance investment governance and cost transparency in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve cost efficiency and ensure contract compliance across our clients' private market portfolios (Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, Real Estate).
- Create cost transparency by conducting commercial due diligence and forensic reviews.
- Analyze legal documents at both the fund and portfolio level to determine their economic impact from the client's perspective.
- Synthesize your findings into presentations and present them to our clients and their asset managers.
- Help advance our analytics tools, internal processes, and benchmarking databases.
- Grow with us and take on additional project and business development responsibilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Consultant with experience at a top management consulting firm, with a proven track record and strong quantitative skills, who prefers to travel less.
- Previous experience in private markets and/or in technology-driven businesses is a plus.
- Strong intrinsic motivation to tackle complex problems at the intersection of finance and law.
- You treat precision as a principle, not as a burden.
- Ability to continuously challenge tools, processes, and results to improve them.
- Self-driven, very well organized, and a results-oriented team player.
- Strong academic background from a leading university in business or finance.
- Highly proficient in German and English.
