About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive business growth and manage key client relationships within HR Services
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Cultivate existing client relationships and contribute to revenue and profit growth across the service portfolio
  • Leverage an established professional network to identify and qualify prospective clients
  • Develop strategic solutions and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • Senior level experience in business development, sales, account management, or client relationship management
  • Experience selling professional services, HR services, or business solutions preferred
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience developing proposals, presentations, and service agreements
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and align solutions to business needs
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Valid unrestricted driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated and professional home office environment
