Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Ten (10) + years’ experience in building and deploying enterprise and SaaS products, including experience as a software engineering team leader.
Expertise in cloud-based systems, CI/CD, diverse programming languages, and cloud platforms.
Strong consumer-facing product development background.
Proven experience in recruiting and scaling high-performance teams.
Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Hands-on experience with engineering transformation and a suite of modern testing and CI/CD tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Advanced degrees (CS, MBA), preferred.
Experience in the Fintech sector, preferred.
Start-up leadership background, preferred.
