Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in HVAC field service, commissioning, HVAC controls, or industrial/mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
Experience with HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), BACnet, Modbus, PLCs, or similar control platforms is highly preferred
Experience with commissioning/start-up is a plus
Willingness to travel frequently (50–80%)
Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
