About the role

  • Consistently and correctly apply the existing design system to create consistent and user-friendly UI designs
  • Independently create design components outside the existing design system when new requirements arise
  • Conduct UX research methods such as interviews, usability tests, or surveys to validate user needs
  • Take on tasks in the area of business analysis to understand and document requirements precisely
  • Work within SAFe and Scrum frameworks: plan and track tasks and communicate progress transparently
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
  • Share knowledge with clients and colleagues and support the planning and execution of workshops
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and design standards
  • Support the strategic, organizational, and content-related development of the domain

Requirements

  • Completed degree in UX Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in UX design (e.g., through internships, working-student positions, or personal projects)
  • Familiarity with common design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent tools
  • Basic understanding of usability principles and user-centered design
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into clear design solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with developers and business analysts
  • Structured working style and openness to agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
  • German language skills of at least C1 level
  • English language skills of at least B2 level
