About the role
- Take on the expert role for digitizing requirements and objectives in the automotive industry
- Define objectives together with the business stakeholders and ensure measurable results
- Advise the client on the optimal definition of end-to-end processes
- Create process diagrams and functional concepts
- Define current-state and target system architectures
- Develop an actionable roadmap and project plan
- Monitor and steer success in digital implementation projects
- Build cross-functional process knowledge across the entire supply chain
- Design and model economically efficient processes in production planning
- Design new solution approaches in supply chain planning and integrate them into existing solutions
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, production, and logistics processes for automotive customers
- Experience with the SAP S/4HANA ERP system and implementing end-to-end processes
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focus
- Experience with SAP Signavio or similar tools for process digitization
- Knowledge of process, data, or motion mining
- Assertiveness and the ability to motivate larger teams
- Team player with a passion for innovation and the ability to inspire others
- German language skills at least at C1 level
- English language skills at least at B2 level
