Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement AWS-native cloud architectures following best practices
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Terragrunt, or OpenTofu
Develop and optimize cloud automation workflows for provisioning, de-provisioning, and auditing cloud resources
Create API-driven orchestration and automation solutions using Python or Node.js
Integrate cloud services with ServiceNow and enterprise platforms
Design secure and scalable AWS networking solutions, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, and Route53
Analyze operational data using SQL to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual effort
Implement observability and monitoring solutions using Datadog
Ensure compliance, governance, and audit requirements are met, including SOX-related controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of experience as a Cloud Architect
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS Cloud Services and Architecture Design
Experience with AWS-native services including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and multi-account strategies
Advanced knowledge of Terraform, Terragrunt, or OpenTofu
Strong AWS networking experience including VPC, Transit Gateway, Route53, and secure connectivity patterns
Experience with Datadog for observability, monitoring, logs, metrics, and traces
Proficiency in Python or Node.js for automation, orchestration, and API integrations
Experience integrating and automating workflows with ServiceNow
Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, governance, and audit frameworks (SOX preferred)
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and process optimization
