About the role
- Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, podcasts, and promotional content.
- Help create collage-style and explainer videos.
- Add motion graphics, basic animations, text overlays, and smooth transitions.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand tone across all videos.
- Prepare and optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Graphics & Design Support: Design visual assets for digital and print collateral (e.g., social media posts, banners, infographics, simple presentations).
- Work with the creative team to develop visual assets for video content.
- Create thumbnails and other graphics needed for video distribution.
- Work within existing brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Interest in video storytelling, editing styles, and social media content.
- An eye for design, color, and layout.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
