Key responsibilities & impact

Lead inclusive, high-performing software engineering teams to predictably deliver the product roadmap
Uphold operational excellence and serve as a technical anchor for the team
Balance rapid delivery speed with long-term system health

Participate in an on-call roster supporting products 24/7

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical background with software architecture and code quality
Experience guiding teams through system decoupling
Demonstrated capability in coaching and mentoring engineers
Ability to build an inclusive environment anchored in psychological safety
Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
Track record of translating business goals into clear engineering execution plans
Experience maintaining platform health and managing technical debt
Experience supporting reliable operational standards
Practical approach to adopting new workflows, including AI engineering practices
Participation in an on-call roster
Must have working rights for the role location
