Key responsibilities & impact

Build and communicate a clear product strategy for the Business Systems and Monetisation domain
Define the detailed product roadmap
Align the product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders
Work with the data team to define and implement tracking of metrics
Ensure that the team hits their goals and delivers meaningful outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Product Management
3+ years in a SaaS environment
2-3 years product management experience in Monetisation, Activation or Growth
1-2 years product management experience in Business Systems or Internal Systems
Previous experience in defining and executing a product strategy and roadmap
Detail oriented
Strong analytical skills
Good cross functional stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of AI techniques is a plus
Experience in the Workforce Management software space is a plus
