About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape strategy, execution, and performance of the Enterprise business in the Accountant & Bookkeeping Partner Channel.
- Lead teams dedicated to managing signed Enterprise partners and key enterprise payments relationships.
- Drive retention, expansion, and multi-product adoption for growth in a fast-growing segment.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Payments for seamless alignment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leadership experience guiding strategic account, partner, or revenue teams within Enterprise SaaS, payments, or B2B environments.
- Strong commercial acumen enabling ownership of revenue targets and delivery of accurate forecasts.
- Natural ability to lead from the front, engaging in sales calls, deal support, and executive partner meetings.
- Ease in navigating cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset for building scalable sales processes to improve customer retention and multi-product adoption.
- Deep understanding of the US small business ecosystem, accounting software, or payments landscape.
