Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of core data pipelines and Salesforce ecosystem
Guide a dedicated engineering team and shape CRM and AI roadmaps
Configure, deliver, and integrate premium SaaS applications
Partner with performance marketing, data engineering, and sales teams to make impactful technical choices
Report directly to the Head of Marketing Technology and work collaboratively across regions
Direct engineering workflows using comprehensive product requirement documents
Expand Segment customer data platform utilizing personas to deliver complex user journeys
Launch flagship AI initiatives and facilitate data-sharing pipelines for bidding quality improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in marketing technology, sales operations, revenue operations, or product management
Clear understanding of Salesforce and its integration capabilities
Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, set feature priorities, and make high-ROI decisions
Strong understanding of data flows, SaaS integrations, and modern tools like Segment, Braze, Google Ads, or DBT
Genuine interest in exploring and applying artificial intelligence and large language model tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Natural curiosity for emerging technology, possibly demonstrated through personal projects using Python or SQL
