People Experience Coordinator – 6 month Contract
XeroPeople Experience Coordinator overseeing employee lifecycle processes and supporting the People team. Contributing to workplace culture and driving improvements in people systems and workflows.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily operations of the global People team.
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Maintain data integrity within people systems and act as a trusted contact for employee queries.
- Contribute to workplace culture and empower regional teams through administrative support.
- Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies within Workday, JSM, and related workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in human resources, people operations, or a closely related administrative environment.
- Understanding of Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems).
- Eager to learn and integrate AI efficiencies into workflows.
- Exceptional eye for detail ensuring high data accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills for assisting employees.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborative mindset contributing to a team-first environment.
- Proactive approach to improving manual processes.
