About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and grow relationships with strategic accounts
- Assist firms in developing their online strategies
- Manage the pre-sales process and ensure commitments are delivered
- Work as part of a coordinated sales team and collaborate with partners
- Monitor strategic accounts progress through the sales cycle
- Update CRM system with all client communications
- Manage inbound sales calls and support Senior Account Managers to manage tickets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of hunting and managing strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of accounting workflows and practice software
- Ability to build quick, genuine rapport and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating to achieve monthly revenue and subscription targets
- Clear and persuasive communication skills.
