About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee end-to-end coordination of the employee lifecycle

Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in human resources, people operations, or a closely related administrative environment
- Understanding of Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems)
- Eagerness to embrace the future of People Experience by learning and integrating AI efficiencies
- Exceptional eye for detail for high data accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills to assist employees with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborative mindset to contribute to a team-first environment
- Proactive approach to improving manual processes
