Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in human resources, people operations, or a closely related administrative environment.
- Understanding of Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems) and implementing system/process improvements.
- Eager to learn and integrate AI efficiencies into workflows.
- Exceptional eye for detail ensuring high data accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with confidentiality.
- Collaborative mindset to support collective goals.
- Proactive approach to improving manual processes and finding smarter ways to work.
