About the role
- Orchestrate & Execute Campaigns: Own delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, radio, email, events, OOH, and content marketing.
- Champion Our Customers: Develop deep understanding of target audiences, create campaigns that resonate.
- Collaborate to Win: Act as connector between regional marketing, global teams, sales, and external agencies.
- Drive Measurable Results: Embed data-first approach, support leadership with reporting, optimise campaigns for MQLs, SALs, and sales pipeline.
- Hone Your Craft: Use creative flair and sharp copywriting skills to ensure marketing communications meet Xero's standards.
- Own the Lead Lifecycle: Work closely with CRM and Sales Ops to ensure efficient lead management from engagement to sales conversion.
Requirements
- Proven Campaign Experience: track record of successfully managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across the full funnel.
- A Collaborative Spirit: thrive in cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders.
- An Outcome-Focused Mindset: motivated by results, experience working towards targets, use data.
- Exceptional Project Management: strong organisational skills and eye for detail, manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent Communication Skills: articulate ideas clearly, writing compelling copy or presenting campaign results.
