About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with accounting and bookkeeping firms to help them grow revenue
- Guide partners in adopting Xero solutions and ensuring suitable subscriptions for clients
- Provide best practice recommendations and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Partner Consultants to deliver individual and territory goals
- Strengthen Xero’s value proposition to reduce churn
- Educate partners on resources and ensure team certification through training events
- Develop and implement migration plans for customers moving to new subscriptions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expertise in the SaaS or accounting industry
- Ability to build quick rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills and enjoy educating others
- Background in managing clients within a technology company and using Salesforce CRM
- Strong initiative and ability to strategise growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
