About the role

- collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product and Design
Requirements
What you’ll need- deep experience in modern front end engineering
- substantial hands-on knowledge of building complex web applications using modern stack like React and Typescript
- track record of owning cross-cutting work such as design system implementations, shared UI libraries, or front end pipelines
- natural ability to coach and develop engineers, with experience in performance management and building inclusive, high-trust team environments
- strong architectural fluency for front end systems
- communication style allows you to influence across multiple disciplines
- curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools to assist with coding, testing, and documentation
