- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to deliver high-quality support
- Embrace new tools including Generative AI
- Use case management applications like Salesforce
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong foundation in accounting or bookkeeping, either through a completed qualification or current studies (e.g. AAT Level 4, or equivalent)
- Clear and concise communication style
- Experience in a service-oriented environment
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships
- Confident decision-making skills
- Comfortable using IT suites such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to change and take accountability
