Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a partner to senior leadership teams, ideally within a global SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of varied HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation.
- Ability to pull data and translate it into actionable strategic recommendations and help leaders make informed people decisions.
- Natural curiosity for AI allowing you to share ideas on how to shift from transactional tasks to high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Resilience and adaptability needed to build and improve programs from the ground up in an evolving organization.
- Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
